To assess your suitability for treatment
To monitor and document treatment progress (including with photographs, where appropriate)
To support accurate and efficient clinical note-taking through AI-assisted audio transcription

We will ask for your explicit consent before taking any photographs or making any audio recordings. These are used solely for professional purposes and are stored securely.

Your personal information is securely stored in password-protected, encrypted systems and devices.

We retain your personal and health data for a minimum of 8 years after your last consultation, in line with regulatory requirements. After this period, data is permanently and securely deleted.
