Hello
At Osteme, I'm passionate about helping people feel better and move more freely. Born and raised in North Herefordshire, I’m proud to support the health and wellbeing of individuals across the rural Teme Valley.

Before training in osteopathy, I gained experience across fine arts, sales, and retail, fields that nurtured my creativity, empathy, and communication skills. These qualities continue to shape my clinical work, where I take time to listen closely and adapt each treatment to the individual.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Osteopathy (BOst Hons) from the University of Derby, and am fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Additionally, I have a Diploma in Soft Tissue Manipulation, awarded after two years of clinically focused, hands on training at the College of Osteopaths. In addition, I’m a certified Kinesiology Taping practitioner, and have undertaken further training in harmonics-based manual therapy, a gentle approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to relax tissues and support recovery.

My goal is to provide high-quality, personalised treatment that eases discomfort, restores confidence in movement, and equips each person with the tools to support their own healing and wellbeing.
